We see each of your Cats as individual characters and treat each one accordingly.
Our aim is to supply your Cat(s) with a routine as close to that of home as possible, enabling them to truly relax and fully enjoy their stay with us. We therefore invite you to furnish us with as much information as you wish to help us achieve this.
We are happy to supply your choice of food and although we can not supply prescription diets we are happy to feed them if they are provided.
Daily - All Cats are given individual attention with periods of play and affection. If your Cat has a favourite toy you are welcome to bring it with you however we do have washable toys available.
We provide a FREE grooming service which may be requested on booking, although in the interest of hygiene we ask that you provide your own brushes.
Should your Cat(s) require long or short term medication we are happy to continue with their treatment upon completion of our Owners Consent Form.
Preston Hills Cat Hotel is Fully Licensed and all cats boarding are covered by a Fully Comprehensive Insurance Policy.
Due to our long standing and on going relationship with the Royal Veterinary College, we are proud to have their 24 hour back up support should your vet not be available.
